After talking to Isaak ( first time), and getting out of his house, a lady runs towards you when you pass by the caffe, which LaCroix wants. She says something:" don't you recognize me? bla bla bla!" and then walks to a phone and talks to somebody, after that you get 1 masquarade violation and she starts running anywhere you go, if you get inside any building she disappears.
So my question is: what a hell is that? and what should I do! She said to someone on the phone that she will try to hold me on until they/he comes ...
does anyone know what to do?

SPOILAGE! QUICK, CHECK MY USED BY DATE
Clearly, she is a person who knew you when you were alive. It's been a fair while, and she hasn't seen you... Maybe you didn't turn up for work these last 6 days and nobody could contact you at your house... So she sees you, pale and wild looking with some... Otherworldly quality and assumes your sick or on drugs.
You CAN convince her she has the wrong person. You can threaten her till she goes away. You can even dominate or dementate her untill she lets the mattter drop. However, if your like me, then there is really only one road you could have ever taken... And this is a response I'd like to suggest for most of your issues, even the ones in real life:
Murder!

Spoiler
Actually, if you're stuck, feed on her (without killing her) and she'll get a sudden case of short-term memory loss and you can escape.

I know the story and my sick (malkavian) mind can create itself some stories about not showing up at the office for couple days
I thought she is there for reason, may quest or something else. kill/drink her is not the way out! there should be something else! Somebody has to come and see me! But this person does not show up

, by the way she looks like when you look at her while she is still next to the phone booth, she looks upset by something .....seems to be that this person she called is vampire hutner and he is going to kill me or something! but the way she put her hands on phone says:" I did not want it to end like this" or something like she is regreting or feel pity about me

Um, no, I doubt it's a vampire hunter... She thinks your on drugs, chances are shes trying to get a group of friends together to help you, maybe take you and lock you away for rehab. They never show up, because you're meant to leave, not hang around and break the masquerade MORE...

Samantha is not a quest waiting to happen. She is a diversion in progress.

Challenge Sam
She is there as a follow-up to what Jack tells you in the tutorial section - that you CANNOT resume your former life at all.
It is easy to get rid of her, BTW, all you need to do is to avoid saying anything that reveals you know her - tell her you don't know her, ask her if she's scamming you, tell her that other people are not you. She goes away a bit puzzled but masquerade redeemed.
that is the point - to emphasise to the character (with a masq penalty) that the old life has gone. it is an RPG moment, not a quest moment.

I'm playing through a second time now, this time as a Tremere female. I just got to Hollywood yesterday and got the Samantha encounter. I didn't like getting that Masquerade violation when I played as a Gangrel, so I thought that I'd try to stop Samantha properly this time, only I wanted to be creative.
So I ran over to the phones while she was walking towards them, and I stood in her way. I tried to talk to her, but she just kept saying "Don't worry, we'll get you the help that you need." And she would periodically try to move around me. One of those times, I moved the mouse as I was moving to intercept her, and accidentally bumped the left mouse button against the keyboard... which caused my character to punch her in the face.
Samantha ran away, and instead of getting a Masquerade violation, I got a Masquerade redemption. Woo-hoo!!!
