1) Saerk Farrhad is accused of killing Anomen's sister. I took the peaceful path and calmed Anomen down, but I'm wondering, is Farrhad guilty? I later went through the Farrhad mansion but did not find anything relating to Moira Delryn.

2) Outside the main area of the Promenade is a man called Belmin Gergas who is an anti-elf bigot. He insulted Jaheira and elves in general; now he "has nothing to say." Does he have any importance in any quest?
