When I brought Keldorn back in my party after giving his one day leave, I swapped Nalia with him.

Nalia told me then that she would return to the D'Arnise Keep. When I later in the game wished to put her back in my party, I could not find here anywhere on that map.

Where does one usually can find her after aquiring the stronghold and finishing her quest with Roenall?

Have you looked at the Copper Coronet?

I've found her in the following places:

The CC, in the Slums.

The small wooden garrison outside the D'Arnise Keep.

The bridge to enter the D'Arnise Keep.

The main hall within the D'Arnise Keep.

Where ever you dropped her...
