Ok,I went and stuck Valdenes blood on the Arc a while back before I got almost all the Relics. I got a quest from a unknown NPC which I was guessing that was the messenger since ive never talked to them on the game. Said I needed to go to the Tomb of Souls and bargain with that guy.
But it never said where the Tombs location is and I might be wrong and been there before but not rememberd but whatever. Says I need to go there and speak those two words to bargain with him. So if you can tell me where it is im supposed to head to location wise would really help.^^

The Tomb of Souls is W (and a little bit south) of Grymlock.

You can also say it's south of the Moonbridge in the Northern Steppes but you have to run around the Mountain.

Problem entering tomb

I still have a problem entering the tomb of souls, though it appears on my quest log that I have to speak a phrase to the watcher, that option doesnt appear when talking to him. I already stuck the blood in the unholy arc but since the messenger was to high up to talk to, i went straight to the tomb of souls.
