Is it possible to have 2 classes in 1 tier? Like can i be a mage/fighter and progress in both guilds? Or battle-mage/knight and so on.....
Thanks

Yes, you can have two Tier 1 classes and progress both of them to Tier 2. At Tier 3 you have to make a decision for one class or the other.

No, once you become a knight, you're stuck with that part of the fighter tree, and you can't become a marauder or a deathlord.

Hey Axis, the celestial classes are great. My char is fighter/knight/lord/adept/celestial and the higher level celestial spells can really save your bacon in a fight... heheh

I thought you can't be in the Fighter Guild and Mage Guild at the same time...I once tried to play a Fighter/Mage combo, but after I joined Fighter Guild, Alister would not let me join Mage Guild, he said I've chosen another path that he couldn't let me join the Mage Guild (I started that charater as Rogue), but he did asked me if I wanna join before I decided to join Fighter Guild first.
Anyway, where is the Mystery Guild (whatever the name is, the one that will let a Rogue became Hunter/Trickster class...)? I've play the game with 3 characters (started as Fighter, Rogue and Mage) and never encountered any such options or met any one that will initiate me to the guild, not even with my Rogue. Does Mr Gribbs got anything to do with this??

Maybe u already know the answer, but u got to bail a thief out of jail, the door just right to Fargrove west main gate. He gives u the password for Mr. Gribbs, and from there I think u can figure out the rest yourself, Blueray.

Well, the rogue class (chosen during character generation) is your first Tier 1 class. When joining the fighter guild you filled your 2nd Tier 1 class.
Had you chosen a fighter during generation you could have also joined the mage guild.

Thanks for confirming that Gribbs really had something to do with the criminals world (GRIN)
So all I have to do is barge in (okay, I've played too much fighter type, I'm supposed to be more low profile in this cae, I presume) to the jail and recue a thief? I tried to go there, the jail warden is behind the counter and there is noway I can got into the jail...talking to the warden does no help...So I guess, I have to rob a citizen, right? There is one of the citizen that is alway getting robbed the first time I enter Fargrove - I should have helped the thieves to gain access to the Mystery Guild?
Thanks for clearing the confusion, BadBreath.

not really correct there.
stand in the main room of the jail, and wait for the jailer to walk out in into the cell area on patrol.
just follow him through as the door opens. easy as that

Big thanks! Will try to play Rogue again as Marauder/Cabalist after I finished with the Sorceress/War Witch (my 3rd character, but second & a half run on the game - my fighter got stucked by leaving Shadow Ruin halfway...)
