HELP After Taking to the woman near harrow ruins

HELP to the woman near harrow ruins=> what will i do next and where will i go???
If my memory serves correct then the next place you go is to Skuldoon and talk to Vartugg in his fortress. He then sets u on a quest to find Valdane.
