Horn (SPOILERS)

ok, check this. I got the horn, the diamond, and the jewel.
I wantto upgrade my horn. But I don't know where to go. Cromwell hasn't said he can do it. So what do I do?
Do I have to go outside Athkala? Or is it on Throne of Bhaal?

Please don't right in a different colour, it is very annoying and hard to read.
Look on the Gamebanshee Baldur's Gate II site and it will tell you. Just when you talk to the guy, ask him if he makes any special items, and he will tell you he makes horns.
Good luck, and don't post in blue, very annoying.

I hate the blue...
The guy that upgrades the horns is located in the Promenade, only during the day... He's called the weapon merchant, and he'll be on your map.

He is between the Adventurer Mart and the Ore Merchant, on a wooden platform.
Early in SoA, the Horn of Valhala is always helpful, especially to solo non-tank characters.
