what's the torture of hell order for Vartugg?

anyone know the order of the tourture of hell for Vartugg in the tomb of souls? i am stuck. i was trying to write down the orders i chose, but at last i went crazy. pls help.

you can also optionally bargain to have one of your attributes increased at the cost of the others.
