The Hero Dolls Quest

It seems I have six dolls, but I can't seem to "finish" the quest.

According to most walkthroughs, you need the Scarlette Rose Doll from Knothole Glade (KG), but I can never get it no matter how many times I beat the card sorting game. It then seems that one walkthrough says I can use the Doll of You, of which I have 2. I tried giving the dolls to the teacher at Browerstone, but he stays purple and won't take them. Any advice?

Also on the archery competition at KG.

I've beat the high score 10 times, got the treasure map clue and the trophy, but it is still showing as an active quest in my menu. How do I "finish" this quest?

Have you already finished the game? the quest will not go away from the menu if you already have.. about the doll, i've always used slow time to finish in less than 10 secs.. that might help.

The slow time option worked for the dolls quest, thanks. I am still stuck on the archery competition, and no, I did not finish the game when I competed there.

Uh . . . I have all six dolls, and I seem to be unable to locate the 'teacher' . . . there's a guy in the classroom near my home in South Bowerstone, who *looks* like he should be the teacher . . . but he doesn't say anything special to me, nor does he react if I try to use a doll on him. Am I missing something? Is this not the guy, or the right school? I haven't seen any other schools around . . . Anyway, thanks if anyone can help me.

EDIT: Oops, figured out my mistake . . . I had six dolls, but not the correct six dolls. The 'doll of you' doesn't count, and I was missing the Thunder doll.
