Has anyone come across this problem?

When I tried to craft a +1 quarterstaff for my monk, an error message came up.
It said it was missing line 8 from the item_creation.mes. I'm using the co8 patch, Atari Patch 2, and the Moebius dll patch. Is there a fix for this?

Crafting Magic Weapons bug

Also, I should add that I was trying to use the Spugnoir NPC character to craft weapons. Is that the source of the bug - that I'm using an NPC to craft magic weapons? Will it work only if I use one of my party characters to craft magic weapons?

I replied to your PM about this. My first guess is it may be related to the order in which you applied the patches. Otherwise, there may be a problem with the .mes. Send it to me and I can compare it to a working one.
