have just started the game and am out of the 1st city am at the andale have gone to the hall of lord where do i go to see emmidor to give him the horn i have try but i dont know what to do next

you need to go to the temple of tiger (or whatever) accross the river and start that quest. follow that quest to the inn and the apothacary shop, then you go to the hall of lords and you can tell them who you think stole the armor. they will send you through the trial of elders.
