I have The Darkest Day and I'm at the part in the cult of the eyeless where you get the second part to the wand. Whenever I get the second piece the device completely dissapears from my inventory so I cant use it at all. I was wondring if anybody has had experience with this and if they fixed it.

nevermind. I forgot about the console item spawn

I know it can sound somewhat fool but... have you checked all the items in the inventory of the main character?
One day at the (hidden spoiler) illycid city I thought I have lost one part of a key I needed, but it only was that when obtaining the second part of the key the two parts had automatically joined

I had one the rift device and when I got the second one both items would dissapear. None of my characters had the final piece. It said they joined together, but they were no where in sight. I just spawned the item though. Fixed the problem
