Draedoth Temple Demon Stones

I think im missing one... anyone know where i can get a map of the crumbling ruin section? i killed kord and all.. and i used 4 stones in the room, but i need on emore for the teleporter?

There are 5 Stones to aquire in total, four from chests, and one from the boss when you kill him. Not sure which one you missed. Also, some people have found the last stone from the boss in the lava below. Apparently he sometimes drops it there when you kill him.
