Locked up in Ulm

Is there a key to free the guy that's locked up in the bottum of Ulm, or is his going to have to starve to death because I have 0 PickLock skill?

You can find a key in the area if you climb up on one of the beds.

heh, I picked the lock with my Rogue. Gotta pray I'll never jam the lock.
