rogue- -enchantress-hunter-ranger lord?
I don't know what goes in the second block, could i add adept there or something?
also, after i deliver the map, who will give me the hunter quest?

Assuming you create a female character, that works, and you could put anything (including adept) in your other first tier class slot.

Once you turn in the treasure map, any of the Guild of Mystery guildmasters should give you the hunter quest. That includes the guy you turn in the map to, which makes it easy.
