I know which quest you mean, you've looked at the Walkthrough?

Otherwise : (Hightlight to reveal) : You need to go back into the past, getting the Time crystal from the lady who gave you the mission to plant the seeds. I believe she's a bit dippy, so you need to make sure she gives you the crystal and the instruction booklet to ensure you can re-read the instructions! Can you out a bit more information as to why this is going wrong? And what key is it you can't get?
