I have a ring of death which when involked puts a purple sqiggly line over the monsters head but I'm unsure what the effect is. I've had a witch do the same to me but again saw no effect. any ideas what this spell is? D

Is it like a purple squiggly ball? if so its proberly "Fear"
Ive had it cast on me and it doesnt seem to do anything

I think its meant to make the monster panick and run for a bit.. but i am unsure

it's either fear or soften. fear won't exactly make monsters run in fear but it will reduce their ability to attack. if it's soften than it makes them easier to hit.
