im having weird problems with jahiera and viconia. i am trying to romance viconia, so she is telling me all these stories about her childhood and so forth, but after she told me the story of how her house had fallen from the grace of lolth (viconia refused as a priestess to sacrifice a child) this wierd thing happened: both viconia and jahiera dont seem to follow my cursor commands anymore: I point my party to a certain direction and viconia and jahiera lag behind and sometimes dont follow the commands at all. what can i do? (my version includes the expansion, the TDD mod, and the Unfinished business mod)

I am not sure that it is a bug or not, I am not using any of the mods. The characters in BG2 have unique personality, and they (if there is a struggle between them, or they are unhappy) can refuse to obbey your commands. I thing I have the same problem in the sewers or it was in the Cult of the Unseeing Eye (I cannot remember), I have Sir Keldorn in my party with Carsomyr - and he was lagging behind -- but only in this area.

This symptom is a notorious bug in TDD. What happens is that the party members have become blind. It seems mainly to affect Viconia, but I have had problems with Jaheira and Aerie as well.
I don't think there is a cure for this, but if you search the forum you might be able to find something. I did a quick search on "Viconia Blind" and came up with this advice:
Try killing her and raising her again. If you use ShadowKeeper, go in under Effects and see if she has any stated she shouldn't have, and in that case remove. I have heard of this problem before, with various NPCs or with the whole party.
I remember a lot of discussion on this at one point, but couldn't find anything quickly. Sorry, but I don't remember how I solved this when I played TDD. I do remember that I eventually quit playing that mod because it was so buggy, but I don't think it was over this issue. Maybe try looking on a forum that is dedicated to TDD, if there is one?

Save, and restart the computer, then it will work. This happens every once in a while.
