ehm... aall i get when i click on your link, is a big picture saying " The land of ARGYLE" but i cant click anywhere to enter....

You see the little sticks with balls on the ends? (Yeah, yeah I know..but that's what they are! ) Those are what you click on, each ones an option.

I'll take a look at it and see about registering, if you could provide some information here Fas, it might save you from having to deal with a half-dozen convo's on MSN with a number of different people and the same info.

I played on Argyle about a year ago or so, but at many times I was the only player on the server. Are there more people playing on Argyle these days?

Well rudar it is less now than before. But they have a new plan for NWN 2 so check out the forums. Too much info there for me to paste here.?

Ok Magrus have you read all the lore on the website? Once doing that let me know what questions you have. I haven't been on the server in 7 to 8 months. So it is all new for me, just as it is for you.

I'm up for gaming. Although, my connection resets itself randomly and most things online drop me when it does.

I'll try it, if I don't get dropped from the server all that often I'll play.

Ok good. Do you know why it drops you though? Could we figure something out?

I honestly have no clue why. I have a Linksys-B 2.4 ghz USB Wireless Network adapter. It's one of the secondary one's, we have up to 4 computers at a time connecting off of the same router with these things and my comp is the ONLY one that does this.

It's been doing so with 2 different USB units, so I'm assuming its my system and not the router or the units that I've been using. I have a feeling it has to do with something my roommate did and never told me about, possibly moving my tower around in a manner he wasn't supposed to and damaging something inside. Who knows.

I mean, the router itself occasionally shuts down for some reason, I have to just unplug the thing, plug it back in and within a minute or so it's running again. That, everyone in the house gets. However, randomly, sometimes every few minutes, or sometimes every few hours the connection resets. Just a quick on/off thing and I get dropped from downloads, AIM, MSN, when sending files, whatever. It's irritating and I've yet to puzzle out the why since it started happening in October.

hmm....is the modem internal or external? Additionally you check for any system configuration issues? Ie the modem is not installed properly?

I think I would like to try this but I haven't done it before and there seems to be an awful lot to read and learn. Where do you start (I've looked at the site and read the lore)

Join the forums, and introduce yourself. Once you have done that the three of us can set up a time to play together and i can introduce you guys to Unidan and we can proceed from there.

I tried it a while ago, and it's external. I've tried 2 different one's, same problem with mine, while my roommate uses one of them, without a problem.

When I try troubleshooting and what not, it says everything is fine on my computer with it. I mean it does work, it just resets the wireless routers connection between my computer and the main router randomly. I'm not sure if everyone else just isn't aware of this occuring with them because I tend to do more online-intensive things or if it's just me.

Either way, I can try it at least. Sometimes I can play NWN for hours and as Brynn and Locke could both testify, it does boot me when it wants and without warning. Lost a bunch of equipment and stuff that way.

lol. Lets coordinate here for you me and luis. Saturday this coming weekend shall we play around 8 pm to whenever? We can join a quest and stuff. Luis can do fridays, saturdays and sundays. I can do saturday and sundays. So whenever you can make it Magrus let us know here. Then we can play on argyle and have some fun.
