Sand People Enclave(SPOILERS)

I'm in sand people enclave in Tatoonie.But when i want to leave the turrets will blast me away!!!How can i get out of there?Thanks.
Matu, this is one of the most repeatedly requested answers in the forum. So we don't have to start yet another thread, please do a search on "sand" or "enclave," and you'll literally get more than forty replies. Thanks.
