where can i get the ease of use mod and how exactly do i install it?

is there a mod that has a different character kit i can use?

I think there is a sticky section for mods, but this is where I get mine from.

You cannot play any infinity engine without the ease of use mod, at least I don't think so, its like playing clunky first edition dnd. Its neat but you get sick of it after a while.

I'm not sure that I understand your first sentence correctly, but you can play any WeiDU mod without the Ease-of-Use mod. Whether you use Ease-of-Use or not, it has no effects on the performance of any other mods you choose to run.
