i have a question, because im kinda freakin out
if you kill a person like in a cave, like totaly not thinking twice about it, then later you have a quest to kill that person that you killed already, can you still complete the quest even though you killed him/her before u were supposed to, or am i totaly screwed

Yes, after awhile of playing the game, I just started minimising my trips across the world by going ahead and doing any quest in the area I happened to be in instead of going back to town, getting the quest, and going back out to do it, then going back to town again. Just remember, that a lot of quests ask for specific objects, so if you sell those, you could have problems.

Any character that is esential to the plot of the game, if you kill them it will show up a message telling you you've severed the threads of prophecy and can't complete the game. It's a simple matter to reload in those instances, or if in need, there is a backdoor method to completeing the game that bypasses most quests etc.

People don't care when you killed their targets, what matters to them is that the deed has been done. ;)

There is a House Redoran quest that requires you to kill Ondes Nerano in Balmora "Honourably." This means you have to challenge him to a duel. Seeing as you don't get the conversation option to challenege him until you recieve the quest, if you kill the quest beforehand you can't complete it, on account of having "brough shame to House Redoran"

Wow, I might have had a glitch on that one.
Before I received the quest I provoked him and then killed him, I succeeded on the quest afterwards.
