Are there any other rankings besides Exalted Member at all? Just plainly out of Curiosity. I knwo I saw Engorged member once, next to a chameleon avatar.

No.

As has been mentioned many times in this and other forums, there are only currently the "exalted members" as well as ordinary "members" (and of course administrative titles, such as moderators, super mods, administrator and banned).
However - for some time ago there was a subscription plan for GameBanshee where people could choose custom titles when they were subscribers, and some people did this. Some of these titles still remain (for some technical or administrative reason I'd think) on GameBanshee, but it isn't possible to get custom titles anymore currently.

This should be a sticky somewhere, shouldn't it? I asked the same question when I was new, and I'm sure it gets repeated pretty often...
