I would like to know if i can at some point in TOB change my aligmen from Evil (in my case, Neutral Evil) to Neutral (LN, TN or CN).

I dont want to know when or how, just if its possible as i think Neutral "creatures" are much more fun (and mysterious?)then Good or Evil.

Take the ever so charming Yoshimo for an example...

You can't change your PC's alignment. Unless you use Shadowkeeper or another hack.

use manuals of gainful excercise and quickness of action to get the bonuses, then. ;)

well, if you REALLY want those bonuses, you'll have to get three tomes:

1 tome of "Quickness of Action"
2 tomes of "Gainful Excercise"

I forget what item codes they are in BG2, but if you are using the CLUAConsole, you can CreateItem them into your inventory.

bookXX, where XX is a number 01-10, I believe.

I'm not sure about changing the script, because the alignment thing is in a spell, which is applied to your character when you use the door. Just do what the post I linked to tell you.

Well, changing the script would be just as bad, imo. ;)

A third alternative would be to find other pieces of equipment that raise dex / strength in SoA, and just carry them through into ToB.

Well seems like Sabre has a solution :)

And its maybe as bad to change the script, but it feels much more "right".

Ohh and Sabre, your'e right about the script thing... i did actully get the script thing working (in shadowkeeper it said True Neutral insted of Neutral Evil but that "spell" overwrites it no matter what.

Guess Bioware wants alot of evils in TOB :p

Odd...

You are Good but act Neutral: you become Evil.
You are Neutral but act Good: you stay Neutral.
You are Neutral and act Neutral: you become Evil.
You are Evil and act Neutral: you stay Evil.
You are Evil and act Good: you stay Evil.

What's the point of having Alignment in a game if you only implement half of it?

Mmm imho it is fun to play with evil character and with evil party (in the tob one chaotic neutral) but others are evil ones.
Necromancer (Chaotic Evil)
Viconia
Sarevok
Korgan
Edwin
Jan

It should be more like this:
All good = you become (or stay) Good
One or Two Evil = you become (or stay) Neutral
Three or more Evil = you become (or stay) Evil

And if you are Lawfull good and change aligment to neutral or evil, you become lawfull neutral or lawfull evil.

Pebz, do you want this to be the new script? I can try to make it if you want, might take a while though.

Yeah that would be cool if ur up for it, but i guess there is no need as you can just do it in Shadow Keeper

ARE THERE MANUALS IN THE GAME AGAIN?

I thought they removed these things... so they are back?
