Saving Throws

What affects your saving throws and how do you check to see if you have a high enough amount in it? I'd like to know if the +3 from the conditioning feature is worth it.

Go to the start menu, then go to the screen where it will shows your character and its alingment. Just read, and it should say Saving throws or something similar to that. Its around reflex and the other things around the stats.

I see
fortitude
reflex
will
all work as different kinds of saves. So I guess conditioning would just give me a +1 in each of those per level.
