Actually, this is my party. Me (necro mage), Minsc, Aerie, Jan, Viconia, and Anomen. Should I drop any of these guys for Haer'Dalis? Please help me guys.

Drop Jan or something... but what does your post have to do with the topic anyway?

You know, L, this is kind of annoying. I mean, you posted the exact same question down a few hours ago, using a different topic title ("Haerdalis vs Viconia"), and instead of waiting for answers, you have to post it again. Why do you need to take up the extra space, and fake us out with that trick of a false topic heading? Why not just wait for answers, like everybody else?

Not the way to get any positive feedback either, I would say. Just look at what it turned up.

Yes, I am amazed, but not in the way you think. What makes you belive that party's so very special?

You should drop Aerie for Haer'Dalis and either Anomen or Viconia for Cernd or Jaheira.

You should drop either Anomen or Viconia
depend on your alignment, you don't need two
clerics in your party, Aerie is a half cleric already. Need more tanks in your party, because Minsc and Boo alone can't stand long, Haer'Dalis is no tank.

2 Cleric is actually very helpful.
Then again, One Cleric and one Druid is even better.

Go for Anohmen and Cernd as your healser. Cernd has 18 wisdom so he is quite good.

In comparison Cernd is actually better than Sir Anohmen. This is arguable though.

Why is a cleric and druid better than two clerics?

Anomen can actually be a tank, it works for me at least.

Druids have some spells clerics do not: fire elemental,iron skins, nature's beauty...

L, two things:

I prefer a party with some fighters, a mage, a thief, a druid or cleric. In BG2 my team was: Me (Daniel, a fighter), -Keldorn, Valygar or Minsc (I sometimes swap them)-, Aerie, Imoen and Jaheira.
In BG1 my party was almost in the same style (with 3 fighters (one archer), 1 thief, 1 mage, 1 druid/fighter).
A good team must have a similar stucture, where all types of NPC's are in. I prefer a team that can kill quikly and a thief who can easily detect traps and open locks. And naturally some mages and clerics for magical damage and defensive spells.

In your teamn for instance, I think you can have another fighter in the party. No Hear-Dalis, because he doesn't have much HitPoints, you already got a good thief!

I am not sticking up for L but if you have problems with him Private Message/email him and do not degrade into flaming unnecessarily, it is not worthy of us and we are better than that. :

A wizard slayer is maybe good as an archer, not as a fighter. Why? with a bow you have more attacks a round and they disrupt spellcasting, so a enemy mage would be screwed.
Fezek cuold better take a bow because you have more attacks a round.
