I was trying to find the marauder guy to finish the quest for 1 week and he neer apeared.
Here is the only way i could find to become a marauder:

There is a post on this forum, u must search "game save editor", there is one post of a guy who made a save game editor that can chance the quest status.
Search it, my marauder quest was on "never started quest" or something like that, thats why the marauder guy never apeared.

Just change it to "complete quest", go to the fighters guild, and voila!!

You have to kill a marauder (can´t remember the name) at the westgate of Fargrove.... just walk arround the path between Fargrove and the cross to Bolen Fields. There you will find him.

Very nice way to fix some questbugs.... I will have a look at this savegame post.
May it helps to fix the probs with my level 58 character missed to talk to Lord Graemare ?!

Save Game Editor

I'm looking for the quest editor utility that was made for the game. I went to the URL that was listed in the forums; however the link seems to be broken or goen for good. Can anyone post the editor or direct me to a site where the editor lives now?
