Not Getting Farmer Quests

For some reason I'm not getting some of the quests from the farmers. Is there a limit on the number of active quests you can have?
What a regretful situation!!
You should be more clear.. specify what kind of quests you're missing..
Probably you did some missions that exclude other that you had to do previous.. but I'm not completely sure...
If you have time try to restart the game and follow another order!!
