Demon in the vale...

Running around in the Vale of Ruin, I came across a painful fight. Remember the minitor from Skaldoon? The demon is of equal size, nice huge axe, flame breathe, all that good stuff. I don't know if it's just a random incounter or the mob I need to kill for the crusader's quest, but this bastard has yet to go down. Any tips from someone who might have kill it before?
