Vicona Romace In ToB,help

I am going to finish ToB soon,(already killed the firegiant.Yet, Viconia has only talked to me once, about our relationship and I convinced her to stay with me. After this, this isn't any further progress, is it supposed to be like this or i miss something.(I complete viconia's romance in SoA,and import the final save from SoA)
