What effect does dual weapon skill have?

And what medium dual weapons can the character equip?
At least one. So that I don't have to go from shop to shop. Buy one weapon, try it and sell it.

The only but great effect of dual weap. skill is that you can equip two ligth (Samurai, Marauder) or medium weaps (Deathlord) at once.
I played samurai before and i was using some good ligth sword in main hand and enchanted kamas, wakizashi or scepters in offhand.
The attacks was simply of high speed - good skill, but i prefer heavy weapons or heavy pole. (Imperial, Valkyrie)
