Where do I get that one Lords son at?

Does anyone know where I get the Son of Lord I can't think of his name... Just wondering where I find him!

It is kind of a spoiler, but you can find him in the Naga Temple. You have to do a few things first before getting to the Naga Temple though. You have to talk to Mara (his sister or daughter of the lord), then talk to Vartugg in Skuldoon. These are pretty straight forward and easy, though.
