There is a broken droid that I added a vocabulator to it (on Ebon Hawk - the ship u fly off Peragus to Telos). It says its missing some other parts (which I dont have and I couldnt make them either).

Its a droid processor, droid chassis and some cluster thing. I went through the whole ship and they are not there.

So if they are not on the ship, I dont have them and I cant make them what happened to them? Maybe by repair skill is low. I tried to get my droid to the workshop but I am locked on single mod on the ship. Maybe I used them on the droid T3 I picked up on Peragus??

Later you will find more droids like the one you destroyed on Peragus, which will have parts you can use.
Some merchants have parts too.
Spoiler- The best place to look is Nar Shadaar

Spoiler-Another place to find them is on the "bodies" of deactivated or destroyed droids. Check them as well

You get one piece from the droid merchant. You get a piece from the 3 droids on Telos, and you can buy one from a merchant on Nar Shaddaa.

Dont forget you get the chasis after the t3 M4 vs 3 battle
