Trading Between Shops

Hiya long time no see. I decided to dust off the ol' Fable and bet up on some balverines 
Something i never did get my hands into though was the "trading between shops"...
I've been lookin around and thus far have been unable to find a good "trade route". Are there specified trade routes to make money on? I came to the conclusion that trade routes must be random (depending on day//next delivery) but i was hoping that there were some set routes.
Ideas or comments?
