1.3 patch not compatible with 1.20.000

I have downloaded the 1.3 patch 5+ times from different sources. When I try to update I get the message: The setup has detected that version 1.20.000 of Dungeon Lords is already installed. This setup is not compatible with this version. You will have to uninstall the previous version before installing this version. :: I have uninstalled -> nothing to patch. Reinstalled gives same error. Any advice appreciated, the map would be helpful.

Are you playing an English version of the game? I thought version 1.2 only got sent to Germany.

English box and dialogs
It appears to be the English version, I bought it in Texas 2 weeks ago. All of the dialogs are English, spoken and written. I may download the German version and see if it will upgrade.

same problem...
Yea i have the same problem too. i haven;t found a site or anything that says how to fix it. Hopefull the next patch will work..
