did you complete 'the epic of the ankaran sarcophogus' quest yet? killing the Tzimisce isn't the end at his house. you should go through the doors in the basement to continue.
the greatest power is knowledge. and laser-beam eyes.

It sounds like you haven't finished your main quests yet. You need to take the sewers beneath the Kingswood house. The entrace to them is in that basement room you killed the Tzimisce in. Take the tunnels through several levels and eventually you'll find the area where the Nosferatu are hiding in. If you remember your basic task at this point is to find the Nosferatu, particularly their leader Gary, and ask him about the Sarcophogus.

As for the side quests (like VV's), you just need to keep exploring the city to find more of those. They are mostly optional, whereas game progression depends on your completion of the Sarcophogus quest.

VV was quite specific about not wanting a bloodbath, so if you didn't do it quietly she may be a little annoyed at you.

You just haven't finished the main quest. The Tzimisce boss is just a small part of it, you go through a hole in the wall behind him that leads to a special part of the sewers, and have to fight your way through 4 level of monster to reach the Nosferatu haven/camp where Gary is.

Killing the Tzimisce wasn't part of the quest itself, therefore nothing happens when you talk to people yet.

Um, killing that ubervampire who doesn't defend itself IS part of the quest ?

Just not the final part.

The whole quest is uber long, anyway.

Looks like you haven't found the tape for Isaac yet...
ROMERO: If you should see any zombies in that time, you need to put them down. Just don't let them bite you.
PC: Why? Do you turn into a zombie if they bite you?
ROMERO: Naw, it just hurts like a bitch.

If he's already fought the Tzimisce, he's already found the tape. The path to King's Way is not open, otherwise.
