Viconia problem

I have already been to the end of ToB,yet viconia isNOT romancing with me. Back in SoA I have finished her romance and everything is fine.But what is the problem here in ToB?
There's a good test in ToB to determine if your romance is active and that is the temple map where you meet Yaga Shura's "mother figure" when you approach the temple and Ghost of Gorian appears and blasts you as not turning out the way he wanted. If you have a romance active there will be an additional ghost for that character,

Viconia = Her brother Valas
Jahiera = Khalid
Aerie = Her mother
Anomen = His sister
If this second ghost for your romance doesn't appear the romance you thought you had ended for some reason.
