INI File - What do some of the features do?

I was looking at the INI file for the game and found a few items I didn't understand. I was wondering if anyone else knows waht they do:
Strref On=0
Grant 2000=0
Chucknomitron=0
I know you can change the number to 1, to activate the feature, but I didn't any obvious differences.
