I think something is wrong with this one. You can race there after destroying the droid racer. Before that I made a bet but Lupo was having problems accepting my 1000 credit bet. I can bet on myself or one of two losers hanging near by (Nodabo and Guron).
Except it looks like Guron is missing a part that supposingly will help him win. I thinkI have that part (I found it in the garage where the droit maker is hanging around). So I figured I bet on this guy since I was going to help him win.
Then everything went wrong:
Lupa takes my money (does he?) but cannot place my 100/1 bet (which would make me rich.
I go to Guron but somehow I cant give him the piece. I dont even get a quest or a journal entry on this.
Then I went in the race and eventually I won and just got 500 credits.
Did I do something wrong? Is there a max bet? Why cant I give the part to the guy?

The part in the garage is one of three used to fix up the Air Speeder in the Serocco area near the Refugee quad, and has nothing to do with Guron.
It seems that he and the other Rodian racer are just there for some local colour, and to be pathetic no-hopers with silly dreams until the droid is destroyed.
As far as betting on the others is concerned, I don't know because I have never done it...

"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
