Changing character race, anyone?

Heya,

I'm a new user at there forums, and so don't know all the rules; for example, is it not allowed to post about cheat codes and whatnot.

Now, usually I -never- use cheats, but the situation that has arisen is quite interesting. My character is quickly closing in on the fabled level 40 limit, and, to my dismay, I notice that I have not taken the "Human" class as my character's race.

I had a cunning plan (so cunning, in fact, that you could attach a tail to it and call it a weasel) which was foiled by the fact that my character is dwarven, not human.

I plead you all to help me: I would only wish to know whether there exists a way to change my race?

Thank you for your co-operation,
BlindedNoMore.

You can download the ShadowKeeper program. It will allow you to edit saved game files. It will allow you to change your character's race (though you'll have to adjust stats manually to account for the change). You can find it here .

Will do nicely. I have some extraordinary stats as I have started the game over after completing it, and having visited the Watcher's Keep and gained all the stat point bonuses that are possible.

You hold my eternal gratitude, Faust. Thank you.

EDIT: My mistake, I though my berserker-become-cleric wasn't gaining any experience, turns out he had maximum experience. Good for me.
