Tips Making billions, easy exp, and answers to ?.
After compleating the 1st quest for the guild of mages go to the shamun in skuldon buy 100
blood necter, monkey paw, vulture beak, mandrake root, Brimstone powder, and shrunken head. The cost of the 100 of each ingrediants adds up to less than 15000
so you are making an average of 860,000 gold every time you do this . Mix them to make hate (you can make this no matter what your level in nether magic is). You can sell this for a total of 875,000 gold. Keep doing this to make billions. (this info is from v1.0) My mage did this and now has 100 of every spell in the game.
Any ? type them here.
And please vote in the poll.

easy exp
Go to skuldon and buy a gladiator ticket (500 gold) at the areana. Fight and kill the minitor (sorry i'm not good at spelling) to get 30800 experiance. Do this over and over until you are content. (info from v1.0)
I did this and my mage has 7 m. weopons, 7 m. armor, 7 m. sheild, 10 arcane, 7 nether, 4 celestal, 5 rune, 5 magic weopons, level 5 throwing weopons, 7 parry, and level 4 on eveything else. And I have all the stats for wizard.

Or you could just swim over to the Moonbeast area, set the game to hard, and swing away to your hearts content. On hard, each moonbeast is worth ~25000. And you don't have to pay a thing to fight them. If you have access to lduel weilding, I would recomend the katana +1 and a gold wakasashi. Otherwise, I have used the katana +1 on its own, or a sceptre.
Just don't set it to lots of encounters... Being surrounded by 20-30 moonbeasts is no fun. I can tell you! ( can happen very very quickly too I might add!)

ok
I have never tried your idea I will try it. I prefer the areana because you only fight one at a time and I don't have to worry about gold because I have billions. It only cost 500 gold.

I discovered something
The make billions does not work on version 1.3. If you want this to work you have to have v.1.0. If you already have put v.1.3 on your computer to remove it just uninstal the patch.

200 HPs ain't squat for afk for an hour in moonbeasts dude. And just how did your character survive that long with you being afk? Do you have a training script???

Something makes me believe in the power of the pause button. Afterall, I noticed that even in pause, random encounters still appear. So, after about an hour, yea there would be lots and lots of them around. He is probably referring to the use of potions while and after fighting all those moonbeasts.

Lol, sorry I thought you already knew that if you bring up the character sheets (Equip, or stats) The game is half-way paused. All movement stops, but encounters will continue spawning. No way in hell could I take hits and stay alive while AFK

Pausing has it's benefits

Opening your stats page or equipment screen not only pauses the
game but it allows you character to heal. Open your stats page when
you are injured and there aren't a ton of enemies around and check
your life points. The next thing to do is to open your inventory and
set up your next attack especially in situations where there are enemies
all around you and setup exactly the sequence of what you want to
do when you unpause the game. Go back to your stats page and you
will have found that your health has improved and if neccessary use a
cure poison potion. When you unpause the game you will no longer
be poisoned but be ready with your next move. I have Blast Nova
keyed to number 8 and that will usually take care of any enemies and
if necessary I will put Fire Nova in slot 7. I open the inventory screen
then thus pausing and reset my potions, spells and anything else needed
to finish off the pieces of any enemies remaining.
The best single spell if you have it in any tight situation besides the Nova
class and a very few others is ' Fire Burst '. I suggest stocking up on this
one to have as many as possible as it is an incredible little spell. Give it
a try against twenty enemies as it only takes ten shots at times to take
out twenty enemies and it has distance.

Uninstalling any Patch
How do you uninstall the patch?
Hi Warbride,
There is no way to uninstall the patch. The only thing you can do is to
uninstall the game completely including save games and reinstalling it.
I would suggest that if you start over you do not enter Fargrove until
about level 6-9. You can achieve that and it better prepares your
character for what is coming. I would suggest also that you set your
game to the hard/many encounters after getting a couple of levels and
find something for armor, weapon and shield as that will increase the
enemies you face. There is the possibility that the hard setting may be
too hard until you get several levels under your belt.
I found that between the ruins near where Simon is and the shacks that
are east of the ruins and Simon are good places begin leveling up. The
ruins by Simon are a fairly safe place to stand in the middle of while you
wait as most enemies don't come up on them. The shacks attrack some
good enemies besides the fact that there is a chest in each one. I would
save before I open them to get the best item possible for that early in the
game. Get a bow early if you can, usually from the goblins as it will allow
you to fire from the saftey of the shacks porches or ruins. The shacks
are completely save especially if you are inside and not near any wall.
Check out post #15 on pausing by me as it is very helpful especially in
the early game until you get enough potions. When you open either
your stats or inventory you will heal yourself slowly but it saves potions
though it doesn't help if you are poisoned. Warning, you will never have
enough cure poison potions in the early game so save often and if you
get poisoned just do a reload of a save game.

Thanks, Kel. I've been playing the game for the last few days and thankfully seemed to have figured out most of that stuff on my own. I know exactly what you mean about the poisoning. I hate it when I haven't saved for awhile and am forced to use one of my very limited potions.
Anyway, I've just finished up in Fargrove and about to leave town for the first time. Wish me luck.

Excellent Maps available on Site.

Hi Lord Mage,
I noticed that alot in playing the Demo as there was no compass and
all I had since you never see the sun is the direction from which the
Moon rises. I'm suprisied they didn't have it rising in the south and
setting in North North-East but it rises in the East and sets in the
West. You can tell that by Simon before you reach Fargrove and
that and surrounding area is a good place to enter Fargrove at least
a Level 9. Try climbing the mountains on the east side of the road
into Fargrove....good EXP and lots of fun up there. I would suggest
though that you did not come down until the Moon has started to
rise because you would head the opposite way.
The best overall World map is found on another site with a direct link
to the site and it can be reduced in size to print on regular printer paper
and is easily legible. Search for maps or world maps.
Happy hunting!
