I helped Lady Loriea and killed "Qrink the Stink", but I missed talking to her. Now it seems that my female character cannot join the Sisterhood.

Where can I find Loriea, where does she go?

Lady Loriea simply disappears at some point after the battle, so if you missed talking to her, you're either going to have to go back to an earlier save or you're going to have to skip the Sisterhood.
