i set all my keys, when i kill a monster and he drops items i can not pick them up..how in gods name do i do this,,,i cant seem to talk to no one either....please help....thanx kf

You press the shift key to pick up things and to talk to other players. I did find that later in the game, I could not pick up stuff either. It was because my inventory was full, so I had to drop something else to make room for the new item.
