I've got a weird problem at the end of the Duke Eltan quest. I've been given the quest directly by Scar (teleported onto second floor) but now that i've finished the quest i can't seem to get there again. Over the door that leads to second floor is some black fog of war that doesen't dissapear no matter how close i get to it.
Scar is nowhere around and a mercenary nearby tells me that if I want to see the duke i should go upstairs. Some times while a character walks besides the door i can hear the sound you get when you try to open a locked door.
Can I use some console "cheat" to bring the duke to me? "Summon" him or something... Or to teleport to his quarters.
Oh yes.. i forgot to mention.. I've got TuTu installed
EDIT: I think even a clear fog of war would help since i can see the door afterwards (i hope) and if not.. i can dimension door Edwin inside..

Really sorry about this one. The "entrance" was somewhat invisible to me since i'm playing on high resolution.
If somewhat can't find the entrance it's besides the Mercenary. The door is useless

The spiral stairs lead up to the second floor not the door..
