This forum is to be used for all discussions pertaining to Bethesda Softworks' The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind and its Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansion packs.
Here is my story: Morrowind is my fiance's all time favorite game. I
wasn't really into Morrowind type of games but I started playing and I
love it. I play more than my fiance does. LOL. Now I want to do
some modding. But here is the problem, his friend sold him his copy
of Morrowind because got Morrowind with the expansions. Well fiance
didn't think I would ever play, so he didn't take the constuction set
cd. My question is there any place I can get the stuff from that cd
without have to buy Morrowind again?
Have your fiance get the construction set CD from the friend that sold him MW. After all, he paid for MW, and that CD should be included with the game. Since his friend is no longer playing, I imagine he's just got the disk sitting around.
Barring that, approach Bethesda Softworks's customer service. Explain the situation to them, and see how much they'll charge just to send out the construction set CD.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
Just FYI,
Besthesda wanted to charge me $10, just for a new paper map...
So, I'm guessing that a construction set CD would be at least $15 to $20, if not more. You may want to consider just buying a complete GOTY edition of Morrowind; they can be obtained quite cheaply these days.
Moreover, some of the best mods out there require the expansions, because of new scripting features, textures etc.
