Better hardware?
Without knowing what hardware you have, it is pretty difficult to suggest what to do.
As for software - make sure you have as few processes/programs running to free system ressource, turn all settings down to low and so on.

I have a amd XP 2400 and a 64M grafic card, one giga of memory.
I don't think it's the hardware cause I run dungeon sienge 2 very well
thanks

my friend had the same problem and his computer is better than mine...
Go to the neverwinter site and see if they have a patch you can download... that's what my friend did.

I have a PIII 883 with 128 mb ram a 32 mb video card and the game run slow
I have set thesound to no sound to speed the dialog a little .
it seem to me that some area are more busy then other and speed vary with number of moving object in map . I use a lot of pause becuse some char move fast and my char just move onstead of attacking if i d'ont pause

I used to have this kind of problem and had to set all the graphics to minimum (and it was still slow). It required an upgrade of my graphics card. What graphics card are you using?

That's the same graphics card as I had upgraded to (now I'm using a newer one). So it's probably some kind of combination of things, I suppose you've experimented with the texture pack options and I can't really think of anything else
.
What about the NVidia drivers?
I'm not sure which is a good version to run with NWN, though generally version 56.72 seems good. You could try that...
