Natural Prowling? Negative Prowling? I don't know, but I guess it is something like that. Welcome to the forum by the way

I think it's noise penalty or something along those lines. Anyway, a negative number is bad for prowling.

Yes, it refers to the noise factor involved in wearing a piece of armor. ANd by the way, Kaiznex, welcome to the boards.

As was stated, it's noise. Bulkier armor (EX: plate) will have a huge negative, making it so that aggressive monsters will notice you from further away and the effects of prowle are lowered.

lol i guess not, anyone has any success here playing a human technologist that specializes in guns and bombs? thinking about playing one after blowing thru the game with a mage that lug around tons of mana pots
