Alright, I gave the Spirit of the wood the antidote, and it seemed to work, except that when I talk to the spirit, she's still sick. My journal says that I have cured the spirit and that I should talk to the Archdruid, as he will be happy to hear the good news. But when I talk to him, the only option to his question on how my quest is going is to tell him that I have had no luck.

Is there a cheat for this? I got the patches I needed, so I really don't know what else to do. Maybe an item cheat so I can get the antidote in my inventory again? Maybe if I give the spirit the cure one more time it will fix this problem...?

When you give the spirit the antidote the Spirit shows you a vision of the cured forest and then teleports you out of her realm. Did this happen? How did you try to give it to her? Did you drag it from your inventory or by talking to her? Maybe you did it wrong.

Well, I gave it to her by talking to her and clicking the option of giving her the antidote as one of the replies in the choices. She's just standing there, and I can talk to her, but she keeps showing me the dwarf poisoning her. It's like giving her the antidote didn't register with the game, and I no longer have it in my inventory.

You could try loading an earlier save. Perhaps its a unique bug. It happens to me sometimes that my spells don't work properly once and work OK when I load and try again.A patch could do it too perhaps.

I think ypu need to kill the "mad dwarf" who is an agent of the cult .
this is part of main quest and you must retreive his letter or journal and bring it to aribeth when you want(or are ready). the spirit you can kill for xp or cure for reward from druid it's your choice .
