Scripting documentation

Hello !
This question is for all those scripters and programmers who are into the scripting language of BG1+2 and Icewind Dale.
Is there any full documentation out in the net where every last feature of the script language is explained?
I'm specially interested in coding a script for mage, who becomes able to decide per AI which actions he performs when one select him and clicks on an enemy.
(You read allright, I want him to override the player's mouse click.) For example if he has a sling equipped, and I select him and click on an enemy, he should (per AI definition) make choice on his own if he uses the sling, or decides better to invoke Abi Dalzhims Cloud on the enemy. (for example when he sees more than seven enemies or hundred just an example)
