No, you have to PM the moderators for the forum in question and ask them to change the title of your thread.

I know this came up some time ago, and I think Buck tried to give us the ability to edit our thread titles. For some reason, though, it wasn't possible.

Post titles within a thread (including the original post) can be edited, but not the external thread title (Know what I mean?).
